Accounts Receivables

You'll take ownership of the accounts receivable process, ensuring invoices are issued accurately, payments are tracked, and accounts are kept up to date.
 
About The Role
 
We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a busy and supportive team on a full-time temporary assignment based in Onehunga. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly and confidently manage the day-to-day AR function using Xero.
 
You'll take ownership of the accounts receivable process, ensuring invoices are issued accurately, payments are tracked, and accounts are kept up to date. Alongside AR, you'll assist with general finance administration, reconciliations, and provide support to the Finance Manager where required.
 
This is a varied position where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on top of moving pieces will be key to success.
 
Key Responsibilities

• End to end Accounts Receivable
• Managing invoicing, receipting, and debtor follow-ups in Xero
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and general finance administration
• Supporting the Finance Manager with administration and ad-hoc tasks
• Assisting with general office and HR administration when required

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable 
• Experience using Xero
• A solid understanding of GST and general accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a team-player mindset
