Exciting Admin and Sales Support required for premium FMCG company based close to Hamilton.
- 30 hours per week, would suit returning to work mum

The Role
You will be a office admin superstar and have had experience with general office administration, sales support and know your way around Microsoft Office suite, your knowledge and skill with Sharepoint will be invaluable as the team are moving tech to this over the next few months. Supporting the Sales Manager with order enquiries and follow up, your phone skills and email communication will be impeccable. A love of the dairy industry is a must as you office view will include a vista over the valley.
Must Haves
- Proven office admin experience in a busy fast-paced environmeny
- Understanding and experience with FMCG and ordering and selling process is a bonus. If you understand selling into supermarkets, thats a bigger bonus
- Expert level of Microsoft office including Sharepoint functionality
- Organise extraordinaire and able to multi-task
- Personality Plus! A friendnly bunch who love a laugh and some good banter
- The office is not on public transport so you'll need a car to get to work
