The Opportunity
A varied and crucial role for a sales support or administration professional who thrives in a key support role. You’ll be supporting an upbeat, busy sales team and will be providing a first class customer experience within the service sector. This isn’t your average customer service role; a multifaceted and key role within the business that will keep you busy in both a client facing and administrative capacity with plenty of scope for growth. You'll be working in a busy role that will see you supporting the smooth running of the SME accounts within the business.
You’ll be joining a cohesive, lively customer service team of 7 with excellent management that offers consistency, professional growth and support.
You’ll be spending your days covering a range of tasks such as:
- Acting as first point of call for SME clients and corporate accounts via phone/email
- Supporting the Account Managers with sales administration
- Database management
- Quoting, providing pricing to sales team/customers
- Carrying out administrative support tasks on behalf of the sales/service teams
- Workflow management and follow up for customer queries
