This is a rapidly growing logistics business where you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in their exciting transformation phase, supporting the customers and ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
You’ll be highly customer centric and resolutions focussed, and will enjoy liaising with customer, third parties and internal teams to ensure stock is moving, deadlines are met, whilst continuously striving for excellent customer outcomes. You’ll enjoy the unique fast paced nature of the logistics industry, and will embrace a growth mindset whilst this company continues on its growth trajectory.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keeping stock in check and making sure everything moves like clockwork
- Working with internal teams and external providers to get orders out the door and delivered on time
- Updating systems, tracking shipments, keeping details updated and verified
- Overseeing customer invoices; ensuring accuracy and promptness
- Acting as first point of contact to customers in order to keep them updated, as well as solving any delivery or stock issues or delays
- Bringing ideas to the table as to how processes can be enhanced, and customer outcomes are continuously delivered on and improved
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who's self-motivated and positive, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in the logistics industry ideal
- Proven experience working in a customer centric role, with a scheduling or sales support focus
- General finance nous, ability to understand and interpret invoicing/PO numbers
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone
- Respectful, mature, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
- Someone who is resolutions focussed
- A growth mind-set and someone who enjoys the fast paced nature of the logistics industry
