The role

About you

We're looking for someone who's positive, organised and enjoys making life easier for those around them. You don't need years of experience, we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude who's keen to learn and grow. Ideally you'll have:

  • Around 1 - 3 years' experience in administration, reception or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office/ Tech Savvy 
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
  • A proactive mindset and positive attitude

What your day might look like

No two days will be the same, but you'll be involved in things like:

  • Being the first friendly face of the business, welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls and emails
  • Keeping the office organised, stocked, and running smoothly day to day
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, couriers, office suppliers, and general facilities
  • Preparing documents, maintaining records, and supporting data entry across the business
  • Supporting the Team and Executive Assistant with day to day administrative tasks
