This is a critical temporary role supporting the transition, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.

We’re partnering with a well-established business undergoing a financial system changeover, moving from a legacy Excel-based process into a new platform (Webnotes). This is a critical temporary role supporting the transition, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in validating, maintaining, and reconciling large volumes of transactional data across multiple customer, route, and courier rule sets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, detail-focused work and has experience supporting data or finance system implementations.
Key responsibilities:

Maintain and validate data within the new system (Webnotes), replacing legacy spreadsheets

Compare and reconcile data between Excel files and the new platform

Work through high volumes of transactions with a line-by-line approach

Ensure customer, consignment, and sales data aligns across multiple rule sets

Support the implementation process alongside internal stakeholders

Identify inconsistencies and proactively resolve data discrepancies
What we’re looking for:

Experience in data analysis, financial processing, or system migrations

Strong Excel skills (no complex formulas required, but high attention to detail essential)

Proven ability to work through large datasets accurately and methodically

Experience reconciling or validating data across multiple systems

Highly diligent, proactive, and comfortable working with structured processes

Exposure to financial systems or ERP transitions is highly beneficial
