Finance Business Partner

Technically, you'll be highly proficient, with exceptional Excel skills and a deep understanding of cost of sales. Your business partnering capabilities will be critical, allowing you to effectively communicate high-level insights to the Senior Leadership Team and collaborate across the wider business. You'll have sound influencing skills. You will report directly to two high-performing finance experts, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Drive financial performance through astute management accounting
• Provide high-level commercial insights to senior leadership
• Utilize exceptional Excel skills and cost of sales analysis
• Embrace a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Contribute to an entrepreneurial business experiencing rapid expansion
• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain cost centre and project accounting integrity
• Execute month-end close activities
• Analyze complex financial performance and explain key drivers
• Business partner with cost centre owners and operational teams
• Support external audits

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years' management or business partnering experience
• Advanced in ERP systems and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and cost control
• CA/CPA/CIMA qualified or working towards qualification
