Supporting a fast growing IT services business alongside wider group initiatives, you’ll operate at the centre of decision making, partnering with senior stakeholders, shaping commercial outcomes, and driving performance in a dynamic, multi entity environment.

This entrepreneurial business is scaling at pace, so you’ll be a commercially astute, straight shooter who thrives on cutting through complexity to deliver results. You’ll work closely with high calibre leaders across IT and operational teams, with real exposure to contracts, pricing, and strategic growth initiatives.

Technically strong, you’ll bring advanced Excel capability, sharp commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of cost drivers. Your ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations will be critical, particularly when partnering with non financial stakeholders across the IT function. You’ll report into a highly experienced Commercial Finance Manager, gaining exposure and mentorship in a high growth environment.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Drive financial performance through management accounting and commercial analysis

• Partner closely with IT leadership to support decision making and business outcomes

• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance insights

• Lead pricing, costing, and margin analysis across services and projects

• Provide commercial input into customer contracts, including risk assessment and scenario analysis

• Build financial models and business cases to support growth initiatives

• Translate complex financial data into clear insights for senior stakeholders

• Support group level commercial initiatives, including contract review and risk analysis

• Contribute to a fast paced, high growth environment

Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 5+ years experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Analysis, or Management Accounting

• Exposure to IT, services, or project based environments highly advantageous

• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and costing models

• Proven capability in contract review and commercial risk assessment

• Advanced Excel and strong ERP systems knowledge

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non financial stakeholders

• CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified or working towards
