The Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join a well-established, fast-growing business renowned for its high-end products and collaborative culture. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work alongside a high-performing finance team of three. In this role, you'll ensure financial accuracy, support reporting processes, and help maintain audit readiness while communicating regularly with our Australian counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, statements, and accounts

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

  • Perform general ledger entries and bank reconciliations

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and financial regulations

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

  • At least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and compliance standards

  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills

  • Excellent communicator with a team-first mindset
