I am seeking an experienced Locum GP to join a supportive family oriented practice on the North Shore for a 5 week assignment. 

  • Locum Position for Annual Leave Cover.
  • Approx. 4 Sessions Per Week - Flexibility with days.
  • Parking Available On-Site.

About the role: This well established clinic is made up of a small close knit team of experienced passionate healthcare professionals who value relationships and community care. Caring for a loyal group of long-term, predominantly older patients, the clinic offers a calm, familiar environment focused on quality over quantity. If you’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and finds fulfilment in continuity of care, this 5 week Locum opportunity, running through September and October, could be the perfect fit.

As a Locum GP, you will provide exceptional, comprehensive primary care to North Shore's diverse patient population, ensuring they receive the best possible medical treatment and support.

  • Deliver comprehensive medical care to a wide demographic. 
  • Responsibilities encompass diagnosing and treating various illnesses, injuries, and health conditions, along with promoting preventive care and wellness.

 You should have

  • MCNZ Registration or qualification to register to practice in New Zealand.

  • Confident in supporting a diverse range of ethnicities and cultures

  • Dedicated to delivering patient-centered care

  • Proven diagnostic competency

  • Friendly, inclusive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team

  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
