The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in the Customer Service space. This is a busy, fast paced role that will see you facilitating and processing all inbound Imports orders. You will be responsible for maintaining key account relationships and ensuring that regular KPIs are being met.

Ideal skills and experience
For this role, we are looking for an experienced candidate who has a blend of technical skills, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal abilities. To be successful in this role, you will have:  

• 3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Customer Service  
• Immaculate verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to create and maintain customer relationships
• Detail oriented, organised and efficient 
• A great, can-do attitude
• Proficiency in CargoWise 

Duties will include

• Receive bookings from clients and agents, updating CargoWise
• Coordinate with overseas offices or agencies to confirm bookings 
• Track shipment status and update customers on delivery timelines
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure optimal transit, updating CargoWise with any changes to departures, transshipments, or arrivals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment details, and any issues
• Ensuring that all shipments comply with relevant regulations
