About the Role: 

You will be involved in supporting project delivery on site, working with supervisors, operators, and project managers to help keep jobs running smoothly.

The role will include a mix of site-based engineering work, coordination, and learning the practical side of civil construction.

• Assisting with site set out and engineering support
• Working with supervisors to plan daily works and track progress
• Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
• Supporting QA documentation and project records
• Coordinating with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Helping ensure works are delivered safely and to standard
• Learning how projects are delivered from the ground up

About You: 

• Junior Engineer or Site Engineer wanting to progress
• Background in civil construction, infrastructure, or subdivisions
• Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or similar (or working towards it)
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Practical mindset and comfortable working on site
• Strong communication and team skills
• Organised and able to manage tasks and priorities
