Based in Palmerston North, we’re looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join a dynamic team and help drive the success of this Manawatu clinic while supporting team development and providing outstanding service to clients.

About the Role

In this full-time role, you’ll be at the forefront of introducing process improvements and driving clinical excellence. You will collaborate with the Clinical/Service Leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and utilize client feedback to implement best practices and process improvements. This role offers a diverse range of client cases, giving you the chance to work on a variety of rehabilitation programs, while also maintaining a clinical caseload. In addition, you will mentor and guide your team, helping them reach their full potential in both clinical practice and career development.

Key Responsibilities

As Lead Physiotherapist, you will work closely with the Clinical/Service Leads to ensure the clinic provides high-quality services. You will also focus on client feedback to develop best practices and make improvements to the clinic's processes. In addition, you’ll deliver personalized rehabilitation solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. Your caseload will be varied and exciting, allowing you to develop tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for each individual.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have NZ Physiotherapy registration and a current APC. While 5 years of experience is desirable, we are open to applications from candidates with varying levels of experience. A Full NZ Driver’s License is required for community rehabilitation, and excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with a wide range of clients and professionals on a daily basis.
