Workflow Manager

The Role
Think of this role as the glue between new clients, the accounting team, and the systems that hold everything together. You’ll be:

• Managing the full onboarding process, collecting info, guiding clients through setup, keeping everything clean and compliant
• Owning client data across XPM, FYI, Practice Ignition and IRD 
• Setting up jobs, managing workflows, and keeping the workflow running smoothly
• Sending engagement letters and proposals
• Helping clients feel supported and looked after
• Spotting gaps and improving processes as you go
• Driving continuous improvements and offering additional service to clients

To be successful
We are on the lookout for someone who’s worked inside an Accounting Practice and gets the rhythm, the deadlines, the data accuracy, the important touch points, and tidy systems. You enjoy structure, problem solving, and making processes more efficient. You’re someone who’s organised, friendly, and have the confidence to talk with both clients and the wider team. You’ll love this role if you:
