About this role:
This type of role does not come around often. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, naturally curious, and loves investigating and problem solving, with a touch of creative flair.
The business is a leader in its field, and this is a newly created role due to growth. The main function of the role is to work closely with the leasing and sales team to identify what clients need and provide them with the right products. Some will be straightforward, while others will require creative thinking and problem-solving to find the best fit. Your days will be a mix of office-based work in Wiri and time out visiting sites and meeting clients.

Your role will involve:
-
Owning and driving product performance
-
Product strategy & development – enhancing existing offerings, launching new products, and retiring those that underperform
-
Commercial & sales support – working closely with leasing and sales teams, preparing quotes, providing technical input, and campaign support

Pricing & performance management – collaborating with analysts to manage product lifecycle and margins

Market intelligence – researching opportunities, competitor activity, and customer needs
-
Inventory & procurement – managing stock, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring availability

Collaboration – working with procurement, operations, and marketing to align strategy and execution
About you:
-
Background in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred
-
Enjoys working both within a team and independently
-
Experience working business-to-business with 3 will be an advantage
