What you’ll be doing
Focused on new business growth, this role owns the full sales process end to end. It’s about identifying opportunities, mapping the market and getting in front of the right decision makers.
Working with small to medium-sized businesses across New Zealand, you’ll partner with ambitious owners and leaders who are ready to invest in their own growth. Every conversation is different - understanding where they’re at, where they want to go and how digital marketing can help get them there.
From first contact through to pitching tailored strategies, you’ll lead the conversation and close the deal. Post sale, you’ll stay connected at a strategic level, working alongside a strong delivery team to ensure results land and relationships continue to grow.

- Leading strategic conversations and presenting tailored solutions
- Converting opportunities into revenue and long term partnerships
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure strong delivery and client outcomes
So, who are you?
You’re a proven new business hunter who knows how to win.
You’re someone who can open doors, lead conversations and close deals. You’re confident in front of decision makers, relationship led and confident operating in a consultative sales environment.
You understand digital marketing (or have worked in a closely aligned space) and know how to position it in a way that makes sense to a business owner.
Most importantly, you’re driven. You enjoy winning, you back yourself and you want your earnings to reflect your performance.
You will bring:
- Proven success in a BDM or sales growth role within marketing, advertising or a related digital or industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing (not a deal breaker) and how it drives business growth
- A consultative, solutions led sales approach with a commercial mindset
- Experiences in building a pipeline and converting opportunities
- A genuine drive to earn well and be rewarded for hard work
