The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Product professional to step into a newly created role and help shape how product is done within a well-established business.

Working within the Business Transformation team, the Product & Solutions Specialist will play a key role in improving and evolving the organisation’s products, services and customer solutions. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, enhance customer journeys, support implementation and ensure products continue to deliver value for both customers and the business.

This role will suit someone who enjoys sitting across product, customer experience and continuous improvement, and who can bring specialist expertise, commercial thinking and a practical approach to getting things done.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting product roadmaps, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

• Gathering customer, stakeholder and market insights to identify opportunities

• Maintaining customer journey maps and helping improve customer experience across key touchpoints

• Translating business and customer needs into practical product recommendations

• Coordinating cross-functional initiatives across teams including Sales, Projects and Operations

• Supporting implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation of product changes

• Creating product resources, training materials and internal enablement tools

• Monitoring product performance, customer feedback and utilisation to measure success and inform improvements

About you

You’ll bring proven experience in Product, Business Analysis, Customer Experience or a similar discipline, along with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Experience within fleet, leasing, financial services or another complex B2B environment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
