This premium FMCG manufacturer is growing fast and doing big things just outside Hamilton. To keep up the momentum, we’re looking for a practical, switched-on Production Manager who can bring energy and run the operations in the factory to the highest of standards - one batch at a time. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in food manufacturing and leading a team. You’ll be driving daily production targets, motivating the team and ensuring the highest of quality standards.
  
About the Role
You’ll take charge of the day-to-day operations in this bustling production factory - leading the production team to deliver premium products. Collaboration is key as you work closely with the Operations Manager to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, mentoring and developing the production team
  • Driving output to meet daily demand, KPIs and planned targets
  • Signing off product spec sheets - ensuring correct sizing is on the production line
  • Ensuring rock-solid standards of food safety, quality and compliance.
  • Managing production schedules, labour allocation and resource optimisation
  • Building a strong, positive a safety-first culture.

About You

  • Proven success as a Production Manager in FMCG/food manufacturing
  • Strong leadership chops - you know how to motivate, engage and empower people
  • Big-picture thinker with a hands-on, roll up your sleeves attitude
  • Experience improving productivity, efficiency and quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing results
