We’re partnering with a well-established, fast-moving distribution business looking to bring in a Rebate & Commercial Support Specialist to take ownership of how rebates are managed across the organisation.

Sitting at the centre of Sales, Product and Finance, this role is all about making sure rebate structures are set up properly, tracked accurately, and delivering the outcomes they’re meant to. You’ll be the person keeping everything aligned while also identifying ways to improve processes, reporting and visibility along the way.

It’s a hands-on role with a strong data focus, suited to someone who enjoys working through detail, spotting inconsistencies, and bringing structure to complex moving parts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and manage rebate processes end-to-end

  • Set up and maintain rebate structures across systems and tracking models

  • Monitor performance against rebate agreements and targets

  • Manage rebate claims, accruals and supplier follow-ups

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and data

  • Act as a key link between Sales, Product and Finance teams

  • Provide clear reporting and highlight trends, risks and opportunities

  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and workflows

  • Support broader sales and operations activities as the role evolves

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in rebates, sales operations, finance support or similar

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data

  • Exposure to ERP systems (Pronto or similar advantageous)

  • High attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

  • Someone proactive who takes ownership and looks for improvements

  • Experience in distribution, FMCG or retail environments beneficial
