We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to support our Tauranga office on a short-term basis.

This is a temporary assignment for 2–3 weeks, commencing Monday, ideal for someone who thrives in a front-facing role and can hit the ground running.  The business is recruiting a permanent administrator - this role is back-filling while the recruitment process takes place.  

About the role:
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a warm and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling calls and emails, coordinating meeting rooms, and providing general administrative support to the team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous reception or front office experience, ideally within a corporate office environment
  • A confident and friendly communication style
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
  • Availability to commit to the full 2–3 week assignment starting Monday
