Imagine a job where no two days are the same, where you’re not just caring for patients — you’re changing the landscape of healthcare in New Zealand. This isn’t your typical nursing role. As a Research Nurse, you’ll be coordinating and delivering cutting-edge clinical trials, working closely with Principal Investigators, and ensuring participant safety and compliance every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving!):

• Pre-screening, recruiting, and supporting participants through their trial journey

• Administering investigational products (infusions, oral meds, chemo — yes, the exciting stuff!)

• Collecting and managing clinical samples (think bloods, ECGs, vital signs)

• Keeping accurate and timely records 

• Collaborating with sponsors, regulators, and an amazing internal team

• Ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and by the book 

• Helping us shape better health outcomes for Aotearoa

About you:

• Registered in NZ 

• Experienced — Ideally 3+ years post-reg and a solid clinical background

• Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office & clinical systems

• Familiar with GCP and the ethics of research (or keen to learn)

• Sharp, compassionate, culturally aware, and endlessly curious

• Organised, efficient, and an all-round team player

• Able to handle the chaos and still keep a smile on your face!

Bonus points if you’ve already worked in clinical trials, but full training and support will be provided for the right person with the right attitude!
