Saw Doctor Apprentice

This organization is a globally sound and stable entity, with growth in their NZ team.  Due to the very specific nature of the work, it is now time to grow the skill set of an apprentice in this very niche line of trade.  You'll be coming on board at a time where staff numbers are very low, so your ability to work with focus and attention, not requiring a team around you to stay stimulated, is very important. 

Your background is ideally out of a role that has proven your commitment, even if not in the Saw Doctor industry, it does need to be from a technical background or in a role that shows a sound interest in this space.  You'll be mature and reliable, and have a genuine interest in working with the manufacturing of an exceptional product, and a high attention to finer details.  Your background is important in that it shows an interest in working with machinery and your hands - you may have come out of a mechanic or machine operating space, and have a love of hands on work.  
  
This role is a full time permanent position that requires a dedication to your own personal growth and development as a Saw Doctor.  You'll be self motivated, a positive personality to be around, and have an enquiring and interested mind, wanting to understand and learn CNC machine operating, drawing reading, and be prepared to learn your trade with long term commitment.  
  
Long term, this role may eventuate into something that offers seniority and a healthy hourly rate.  With new projects and growth on the horizon this firm is set to be long term stable with it's very robust global backing. 
  
You must have a good grasp of the English language and be well spoken, and legally able to work and live in NZ long term.
