The Role 

My client is on the lookout for a Senior Client Administrator to drive a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for new clients. In this role, you will manage the setup and ongoing administration of client accounts, ensuring all data is accurate, compliant, and up to date across the accounting firm’s systems. This is a key position for someone who thrives on organisation, process improvement, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in working collaboratively, and is ready to take real ownership of their role. You’ll have experience working in an Accounting Firm and feel confident stepping in and adding value from the get go. To be successful in this role, you should have: 

• Experience within an accounting firm is essential
• Experience in client onboarding and administration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong admin & organisational skills 
• A calm, proactive personality who takes initiative
• XPM & FYI experience is ideal

Key duties

• Oversee the full onboarding process for accounting clients
• Work with the internal team to gather client information & documentation
• Maintain accurate client records in XPM, FYI Docs, Practice Ignition, and IRD portals
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance 
• Monitor reporting on tax return filings, onboarding volumes, and client activity
