About you:

This role sits in the Insolvency team's most Senior Management space.  Ideally you'll have capacity to manage high level full scope insolvency matters independently with minimal management support.  You will have established at least 7 years of experience working at a senior level in Insolvency Management, with a calm and approachable leadership style that adds value to the wider team. Not essential but highly desirable is some deeper experience in accounting investigation. 

Scope of the role:

• Complex job cases autonomously
• Creating and presenting statutory reports
• Identifying risk factors 
• Preparing documentation
• Reviewing of returns and reconciliations
• Identify and assess risk 
• stocktaking management
• Interpretation of laws and regulations, for best industry practice
• Role model appropriate leadership to the wider team
• Share accountability and responsibility internally 
• Strong decision making abilities based on experience and knowledge
• Broad and comprehensive multi-industry knowledge to assess risk and industry norms
