The role
Jump into a hands-on, workshop based Diesel Mechanic role where you’ll be working on a wide range of heavy agricultural machinery, tractors, trucks, and diesel equipment. You’ll be part of a skilled team known for quality workmanship, strong technical capability, and a supportive culture. The focus here is workshop excellence, diagnostics, repair, and mentoring, with a solid team backing you.
This is a Monday to Friday role, with summer being the busiest period of the year, so overtime will be available and expected during peak season.

About You
You’ll bring experience working across agricultural, construction, or heavy diesel machinery and equipment, with the ability to communicate confidently with customers and handle complex diagnostics and fault finding. You’ll have:
- Trade qualified & registered Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equal Qualification
- Strong background in heavy machinery, trucks, or agricultural equipment
- Confident with diagnostics, servicing, and complex repairs
- Reliable, practical, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Team player who enjoys working in a close, skilled environment
- Comfortable in a busy workshop with seasonal peak periods
What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heavy diesel equipment
- Working across tractors, trucks, and agricultural machinery
- Fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Completing accurate job cards and service documentation
- Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior technicians when required
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, and professional workshop environment
