Golden opportunity for a savvy supply chain specialist to drive operational excellence across a thriving business. We're looking for a talented Operations Process Improvement Lead to spearhead transformative initiatives across business operations. About the Role:

Reporting into the Operations Manager and acting as the bridge between the warehouse teams and senior leadership when it comes to identifying, implementing and enhancing improvements across the business. You'll lead and implement process improvements, customer value delivery programs, and operational efficiency initiatives including innovation and software implementations. 

You'll collaborate closely with 4PL partners and enhance systems to reduce costs and improve service levels. Identifying and implementing innovative solutions to operational challenges, improving warehouse and transport utilisation, and ensuring seamless alignment across systems, procurement, and partnering suppliers will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Value Delivery & Operational Solutions: Identify, quantify, and deliver value for key customers using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Operational Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve bottlenecks and process failures with root cause analysis + provide workarounds
• Partner & Vendor Collaboration: Manage operational relationships with partners, driving joint initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction
• Warehouse Capacity Management: Monitor and analyse warehouse capacity, recommending improvements for optimal space planning + provide proactive growth strategies
• Application Super User & Systems Optimisation: Act as a super user for WMS, TMS, and related platforms, enhancing system functionality
• Procurement & Operational Value Alignment: Align sourcing decisions with operational needs and value delivery objectives
• Performance Reporting: Develop operational performance dashboards and reports
• Health & Safety: Lead and participate in site health & safety performance and improvement
