What you’ll be doing

This is a high impact business development role with a strong growth mandate. You’ll be responsible for driving new revenue, expanding the client base and playing a key role in shaping how the business grows over the next phase.

You’ll lead the sales process end to end, identifying the right opportunities, engaging with decision makers, pitching tailored, client focused solutions and then continue to work closely with Account Managers to ensure clients are set up for long-term success. You’ll stay connected at a strategic level, helping guide client outcomes and ensuring clients continue to see value as they grow.

You’ll be trusted to run the sales process like it’s your own business, with the autonomy and influence to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Driving new business growth and contributing to the company’s growth strategy
  • Mapping the market and targeting opportunities
  • Securing and leading quality, face to face meetings with decision makers
  • Presenting solutions that align with client goals 
  • Partnering with Account Managers to build long term, high performing client relationships

You will bring

  • Strong track record in BDM, senior sales or growth focused roles
  • Confident engaging with decision makers and business owners
  • A consultative, solutions-led sales approach
  • The ability to work autonomously and think strategically about market growth
  • Ambition to grow with the business and help shape what comes next

Digital marketing experience is helpful, but not essential. Commercial instinct and a proven sales track record will see you do well in this role.
