My client is a well established, highly regarded digital marketing agency known for delivering measurable growth for SME businesses. With a strong reputation, loyal client base and a talented team behind them, they’re entering an exciting next phase of expansion in 2026.
What you'll be doing
This is a high impact business development role focused on securing new partnerships and selling tailored digital marketing solutions to SMEs.
You’ll lead the full business development lifecycle, identifying opportunities, engaging decision makers, leading strategic conversations and presenting tailored digital marketing solutions.
This is not a transactional environment. You’ll remain involved beyond the initial agreement, working closely with Account Managers to ensure strong onboarding, clarity of expectations and long term client success.
The client base spans a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on ambitious SME businesses. Each engagement requires a consultative approach, understanding business challenges, growth ambitions to align digital strategy to support their scale.
This role suits someone who values relationships, credibility and long term partnerships over short term wins.
Key responsibilities
- Driving new business growth and contributing to the company's growth strategy
- Mapping the market and identifying opportunities
- Working with SME businesses from a wide range of industries
- Secure and lead quality, face to face meetings with clients
- Presenting tailored solutions that align with client goals and branding
- Partnering with Account Managers to build long term, high performing client relationships
You’re an experienced B2B growth professional who thrives in a consultative, solutions-led environment. You understand how to represent services that deliver ongoing commercial value - whether digital marketing, SaaS, software or other business solutions.
You’re confident engaging with SME business owners and senior decision makers, asking insightful questions and positioning solutions in a compelling way.
You will bring
- Strong track record in BDM, senior sales or growth focused roles
- Experience within digital services, SaaS or business solutions
- A consultative, solutions-led sales approach
- The ability to work autonomously and think strategically about market growth
- Ambition to grow with the business and help shape what comes next
