We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Consultant to join a growing residential property development team in Cambridge. If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and get excited about helping others find their perfect home, this could be your next big move. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted advisor guiding buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives. You’ll work with a high-quality portfolio of new homes and land and home developments, helping turn interest into action and dreams into reality.
What you’ll be doing
- Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and understanding their needs
- Presenting and selling new residential land & home properties with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Managing leads, follow-ups and appointments to keep your pipeline active
- You are the main point of contact for clients, from first contact, home design through to handing over the keys
- Delivering a smooth, positive customer experience from first contact through to sale
- A natural communicator who enjoys working with people.
- Proven sales experience in residential property developments
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed
- Clean NZ driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
