The Role
As a Companies and Corporate Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting all company secretarial functions. Your responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, including billing, company secretarial duties, handling company matters, drafting trust minutes, and providing internal support to accountants. By working alongside this respected CA firm, you’ll contribute immediate value, offering guidance and support to help drive the success of a well-established organisation.
- Supporting all company secretarial duties from billing, administration, handling all company matters, drafting trust minutes
- Provide internal support and advice to internal stakeholders and accountants
About You
