Corporate Finance Manager – Deals and Transactions

This bold mid tier firm has big plans.  Currently a well-established mid-tier accounting firm with global brand alignment, now planning the next big step into a steady growth trajectory that will take on a whole new place in the market.  This is a rare opportunity.  You will be a part of something special, and this doesn't come up often. 

With newly structured growth in this firm, there is a need for a skilled closer, someone who is adept at stitching up deals, working closely with clients, within all the requirements for M&A - not just a skilled evaluator, but a closer, who gets the deal over the line.  

Your role will be highly valued in this firm as a key contributor to the client experience, therefore a depth of experience coming into this, is vital.  There is plenty of support and growth, however the preference is towards someone who is very comfortable in this space, who is thorough and experienced in the complexities and conflicts, DD, forecasting, and transactions in Corporate Finance. 

You will join a team of collaborative Partners who are not just skilled accountants and managers, but great people.  Your wider team is made up of a full cycle accounting firm, with a depth of experience at the top, and plenty of growth opportunities for those ambitious and growth focused.  You'll work hard, but you'll be valued, acknowledged and recognised, in both your daily work and your career path. 

The right person will have:

• A sharp commercially focused instinct
• Proven experience in Deals/Corporate Finance/M&A
• Experience with financial modelling/Due Diligence/valuations
• Be a strategic deal negotiator who has experience closing
• Prior experience in Big 4 / Mid Tier / Boutique Advisory or Investment Banking environment is appealing
