About the role


We're partnering with a growing organisation in the financial services sector that's looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Executive Leadership Team and help drive the smooth day to day running of the business.

This is far more than a diary management role. You'll become the trusted right hand to senior leaders, coordinating activities, supporting strategic projects, overseeing office operations, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Working across multiple areas of the business, you'll enjoy a diverse position where your organisation, initiative, and ability to stay one step ahead will make a genuine impact.

About you

You'll be an experienced EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety. You're highly organised, proactive, and someone who naturally takes initiative. You'll also bring:

  • Experience as an EA, Office Manager or Senior Admin supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and producing reports and presentations
  • Experience supporting office operations, projects or business administration

Most importantly, you're approachable, resourceful, and love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing

No two days will look the same. You'll provide high level executive support while ensuring key business operations continue to run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements and executive priorities
  • Coordinating meetings, including agendas, board papers, minutes and action tracking
  • Supporting strategic projects and company wide initiatives
  • Be the key point of contact for executives, directors and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing the day to day running of the office 
  • Assisting with business continuity, health & safety coordination and compliance administration
  • Supporting HR administration across onboarding, off boarding, payroll preparation and employee records
  • Organising internal communications, company events and leadership updates
