Join a successful NZ owned business in a key support role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership and make a genuine impact on the day-to-day success of the organisation from the start. 

You’ll be joining a well-established business operating in the manufacturing and infrastructure space. Known for its strong reputation, collaborative culture and long-term stability, we are looking for a highly-organised go-getter who thrives in a fast paced environment.

You’ll be the trusted right-hand support to senior leaders, ensuring priorities stay on track and operations run smoothly behind the scenes. There is real scope here to make the role your own so if you’re someone with initiative and who loves to streamline processes and drive a business forward this is not a position to miss. There is also the opportunity to bring your creative flair to the team to take ownership of collateral getting involved in presentations, posters and wider business communications - your ideas will be valued here. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactive diary, inbox and calendar management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel and leadership schedules
  • Preparing reports, presentations and business correspondence
  • Assisting with projects and internal communications
  • Managing confidential information with discretion
  • Providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership
  • Building strong relationships across the business and improving workflow 

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior support role
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail
