A well-established business in the security and technology space is looking for a Frontline Administrator to join their Auckland team.

  • Varied role with a great mix of customer service, admin and team support

This is a busy, all-round role where you’ll be involved in everything from front desk and customer service through to administration and supporting the wider team day to day. You'll enjoy the pace and buzz of being the central cog in the machine that keep things moving like clockwork, acting as the go between Sales, Distribution, Customers and Ops.

You’ll suit this role if you’re someone who enjoys being organised, love people interaction and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • The main point of contact for the business - answering calls and helping customers
  • Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
  • Keeping on top of pricing, stock and inventory 
  • Order management via phone, email and website ensuring smooth transition to dispatch team
  • Offering workaround solutions when stock runs low, or delivery times are delayed
  • Assisting the team with day-to-day tasks
  • General operations support
  • Process improvement projects from time to time
