About the Role:

This role will see you managing the day to day scheduling of their trades team, meaning you’ll be the key coordinator when it comes to managing call out jobs, booking jobs with the trades team and managing the day to day calendars of the general trades repairs team. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery to clients and additionally, you'll provide overflow support to the property desk and assist with inbound client and customer inquiries where needed. You’ll be a pro when it comes to savvy organisation, and will be a strong delegator when it comes to dispatching and logging jobs, ensuring quick turnaround times.

This is a maternity cover opportunity, which will commence as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule general trades staff to client sites
  • Manage call-out requests and emergency dispatches
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely service delivery.
  • Provide overflow support to the property desk.
  • Handle inbound client and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of scheduling and dispatch activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scheduling or coordinating trades staff within the facilities, property, or construction related industries
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong delegation abilities 
  • Familiarity with the Auckland area
