About the role


The role offers an exciting blend of finance and project administration and long term stability for someone who is keen to get into a role and take ownership of ensuring projects run smoothly. As the company continues to grow there is the opportunity for this position to turn into a full time role with scope to be involved in what this will look like in order to optimize growth for the business. 


You will: 

  • Be working collaboratively with project managers and engineers, ensuring all stages of projects are running smoothly

  • Be experienced in invoicing, reporting and month end processes 

  • Be confident tracking project budgets, forecasting and keeping track of any variations

  • Be able to juggle multiple projects and ensure competing deadlines are being met 

  • Ensure all contracts and project documentation are accurately filed and up to date

  • Maintain deadlines and help ensure projects stay on time and within scope

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with project finance requirements


About you

  • Strong project coordination or project management support experience

  • Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Confidence working with financial data, forecasting and admin processes

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (or similar CRM/ERP systems)

  • A proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and aligned 

  • Someone who can balance multiple tasks while staying calm and structured 

Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role in either finance or project coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering space. You are used to being the go-to person to keep things tracking along nicely.
