About the role

You’ll be the go to person for new clients and job setup, ensuring everything is done accurately and efficiently from the start. Working closely with Partners and the wider team, you’ll manage end to end onboarding and play a key role in client experience. This role is Monday to Friday in the Auckland CBD office, close to public transport, shops and more. Hours can be negotiable for the successful candidate.

About you
This role will suit someone who:

• Has experience in an accounting firm (Admin, Client services, or Onboarding)
• Is confident working with IRD systems, Xero XPM, and client documentation
• Takes initiative and enjoys improving how things are done
• Is eager, quick to learn, and enjoys a challenge
• Is looking for a long-term role where they can really add value

Some responsibilities will include

• Managing new client onboarding and setting up new work
• Creating and sending proposals, and following up on accepted proposals
• Setting up clients in XPM and related systems
• Linking and unlinking clients with IRD and managing Authorities to Act
• Looking after PI software and compliance related admin
• General practice administration and workflow support

We’re partnering with a well established accounting firm in Auckland CBD who are looking to bring on an Onboarding Manager to take ownership of their new client onboarding process. This is a fantastic long term opportunity for someone with strong accounting firm admin experience who enjoys structure, variety, and making processes run smoothly.
