The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to join a growing franchise network, based out of the Southport office. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Country Manager to ensure franchisees are supported, engaged, and set up for long term success. 

This role is focused on building strong relationships and coaching franchisees to stay aligned to the model. You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes while helping franchise partners thrive. You will be required to travel interstate to provide on the ground support.

What we’re looking for

• 5 + years experience in a similar operations role 
• A collaborative style. Someone forward thinking and takes initiative
• Strong relationship management and coaching skills
• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or similar)

What you’ll get up to

• Acting as the main point of contact for franchise partners, building strong, trusted relationships
• Providing operational guidance and coaching to ensure franchisees remain engaged and on track
• Supporting onboarding and early stage integration of new franchisees
• Partnering with leadership to deliver consistency and operational success across the network
• Regular travel to visit franchisees and provide on site support
