The Role

If you’re someone who backs yourself to win new business, enjoys being out in the field, and knows how to build strong relationships in the Construction or Agriculture space, this is one worth a look. This is a true hunter role, with full ownership of your region. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth across both new and existing customers, balancing proactive business development with relationship management.

You’ll operate as the dedicated sales rep in your territory, spending the majority of your time on the road, in front of customers, identifying opportunities and closing deals.

To be successful in this role

You’ll ideally be local to the area and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll be self driven, commercially minded, and energised by being out in the field winning business. You’re not afraid to get hands on when needed to support customers and deliver the best possible outcomes. You’ll also have: 

  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong “hunter” mentality
  • Confidence generating new business and closing deals
  • Experience or exposure to Construction, Agriculture, or machinery/equipment sectors
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
  • Solid commercial acumen and confidence negotiating
  • A proactive, self driven approach with resilience and accountability

Day to day responsibilities

  • Driving sales across new and existing accounts within your region
  • Building and maintaining strong, long term customer relationships
  • Actively prospecting and winning new business through cold outreach and networking
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
  • Structuring deals, including pricing and trade-in negotiations
  • Identifying market opportunities and executing targeted sales strategies
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations
