The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially savvy relationship manager or sales professional to take ownership of a portfolio and drive growth through strong partnerships.

Working within a high-performing channel team, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of SME and small corporate clients balancing relationship management with new business activity. You’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions, strengthening client engagement, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

It’s a role that blends strategy, relationship building and hands-on delivery ideal for someone who enjoys being out in market while still keeping a strong handle on the detail.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry partners

  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales activity

  • Supporting clients through the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to completion

  • Providing accurate pricing, proposals and tailored solutions

  • Maintaining CRM records, reporting and pipeline activity

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities

About you

  • Proven experience in a client-facing sales or relationship management role

  • Strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

  • Commercially minded with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail with strong administrative discipline

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Experience in finance, leasing, fleet or a related industry is advantageous
