The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially savvy relationship manager or sales professional to take ownership of a portfolio and drive growth through strong partnerships.
Working within a high-performing channel team, you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of SME and small corporate clients balancing relationship management with new business activity. You’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions, strengthening client engagement, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
It’s a role that blends strategy, relationship building and hands-on delivery ideal for someone who enjoys being out in market while still keeping a strong handle on the detail.
What you’ll be doing

Managing and growing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients

Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and industry partners

Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales activity

Supporting clients through the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through to completion

Providing accurate pricing, proposals and tailored solutions

Maintaining CRM records, reporting and pipeline activity

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities

About you

Proven experience in a client-facing sales or relationship management role

Strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders

Commercially minded with a drive to achieve and exceed targets

Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail with strong administrative discipline

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-
Experience in finance, leasing, fleet or a related industry is advantageous
