The Role:
A newly created Service Representative position in the tooling supply industry is now open for an engaged and keen sales personality.
In this social, sales-driven role, you’ll visit manufacturing businesses to deliver and collect product, building strong customer relationships that lead to continued excellent service delivery and growth in sales. Success in this role will come from your ability to drive daily sales, upsell where appropriate, nurture existing accounts, and expand your territory with time and growth opportunity.

We’re looking for someone who’s keen to build a long-term career in a niche but vital sector of the manufacturing supply industry — a technical space where your expertise will set you apart.
Your Day-to-Day:
With a company delivery van, you’ll manage daily product drop-offs and pickups for an existing customer base. At the same time, you’ll be identifying and converting new opportunities to grow your territory and strengthen service delivery. This product line is well known and respected, giving you a strong foundation to build on, but the right personality to manage the slow but steady conversion of business across to this newly available product, against 'tried and true', and the natural inclination businesses have to be conservative in trying something new.
Therefore the best person for this role, is someone who will approach the market with a friendly approachable manner, persistent but not pushy, intelligent and educated product knowledge (training provided) and a long term investment in this as a career move.
