The Opportunity

This reputable flooring company has proven success abroad and is growing rapidly within the NZ market, supplying high quality flooring solutions across the commercial and residential markets locally. This role will see you managing a lucrative territory made up of solid existing clients, with plenty of opportunity to further develop. You’ll be managing relationships with retailers, and will be responsible for selling a range of everyday flooring as well as high end premium products. 

You will need to have experience working with an interiors product, managing a portfolio of retail clients. You’ll be authentic, solutions focussed and committed to the cause with a detailed approach to your clients needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers within your territory
• Provide bespoke solutions for customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest flooring trends and products to stay ahead of the market
• Help propel the company's growth in the New Zealand market

A Bit About You

• Proven sales experience in a BD/Sales Rep/Account Management capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently to individual sales objectives as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the flooring industry a plus
• Passion for exceeding customer expectations
• A go getter with an eager eye for opportunity
