About the role
My client is seeking a motivated Financial Sales Representative with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and rapidly expanding team, with ongoing training provided to help you grow your skills. You’ll be working with a variety of KiwiSaver and Insurance products to assist clients in finding the right solutions for their needs. The position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5PM.

Ideal Skills and Experience

We are ideally seeking a candidate with a background in Kiwi Saver & Insurance, who has a solid understanding of Lending fundamentals and can quickly contribute value to the business. To be successful in this role, we are looking for: 

• A clear understanding of Lending banks procedures and policies 
• Level 5 certificate in Financial services is highly regarded (but not a dealbreaker) 
• Have a high attention to detail and negotiation skills
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for customer service
• Available to start immediately

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
• Promote and manage KiwiSaver and Insurance Products 
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships 
• Work collaboratively within the wider team
