If you love real estate and want to be right at the heart of the action, this role is for you. We’re looking for a proactive Sales Assistant to support an agent that is working in a premium residential niche. You’ll help drive the sales process, keep momentum high, and ensure clients feel supported from enquiry to settlement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage enquiries, appointments and inspections.
- Be a warm, trusted point of contact for clients.
- Support listings—paperwork, marketing, open homes and follow-up.
- Step into sales support and inspections when the agent is unavailable.
- Use smart systems and tech to maintain efficiency and organisation.
- Connect communication across clients, partners and the team.
About You
- You may have experience in real estate, property, sales or a similar fast-paced role.
- Strong communicator with great organisation and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy, proactive and solutions-focused.
- Positive, reliable and energised by supporting a high-performing agent.
- Someone who loves seeing deals progress and making things happen.
