Our client is a well-established Kiwi business that’s been supplying products to retailers across New Zealand for decades. They’re known for being reliable, down-to-earth, and fast-moving, and they’re now looking for someone to join the team in a role that sits right at the heart of the action.

Whether you’re looking to expand your key support experience or are perhaps looking at an entry way into sales and account management, this is a great mix of sales support + customer management, where no two days look the same. You’ll be:

  • Managing your own portfolio of customers and keeping regular contact
  • Proactively generating orders and spotting opportunities to grow accounts
  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day coordination
  • Handling customer enquiries, orders, credits, and general queries
  • Working closely with warehouse and operations to keep everything running smoothly
  • Keeping systems and reporting up to date (CRM, call cycles, inbox management)
  • Supporting product updates, promotions, and new launches

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or admin
  • Confidence picking up the phone and building relationships
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, “get stuck in” attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Be intuitive and keen on a role where you can get stuck in and hit the ground running 
  • Good systems skills
