Responsibilities Include
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Respond to customer enquiries with confidence, providing product information and tailored solutions that add real value
  • Keep in regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and spot new sales opportunities
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch
  • Support the sales team with admin tasks, including managing documentation and records

  • A min 1-2 years in a previous customer service or sales support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when handling emails and phone calls
  • Excellent PC literacy and a confident MS Office user, you will be skilled in using Excel and Word and will be tech savvy
  • Strong problem solving ability and provide solutions to customers
  • Product knowledge of motor technology and gear box automation is an advantage
  • Reliable and eager to learn and thrive in a busy environment
  • Enjoys banter and working with a fun team
  • Being the go-to person for any queries or issues
