We're looking for a capable friendly Personal Assistant to join a professional services team based in gorgeous offices in the heart of Auckland CBD. This role is temporary to begin with, but for the right person, there's always potential. If you're just after a temp role, please don't let this deter you from applying - ultimately the need is to find someone awesome for this period of time while recruitment is done for the permanent role.
About the Team
You'll be joining a PA team that genuinely has each other's backs. It's a professional environment, but it's also a friendly one, the kind of place where people check in on each other, share the load on busy days, and work together when pressures require.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting a group of Directors and Associate Directors, your day-to-day will include a good mix of:
• Diary and email management - keeping things organised and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Coordinating and preparing for meetings, including booking rooms, arranging catering, and collating materials
• Drafting and finalising correspondence, reports, and invoices using company branding guidelines
• Managing databases and online filing systems
• Arranging travel bookings, visas, and accommodation itineraries
• Taking accurate meeting minutes when required
• Keeping stationery and office supplies stocked and ready to go
What We're Looking For
You'll need to be a genuine team player, someone who works really well with others, and enjoys collaboration.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar PA or administration role
• Excellent communication skills, friendly, professional, and clear
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat
• A proactive mindset, you spot what needs doing and you do it
• Experience in a professional services firm is a bonus, but not essential
