The Role:

We’re looking for a switched-on, technically minded Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're from a trade background or already working in service coordination, you'll play a key role in keeping the field service team operating at full speed! This is an office-based role where you'll be the central point of contact between clients, technicians and the operations team.

  • Coordinate and dispatch service jobs using SAP, ensuring high service standards
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer calls, technical queries & support
  • Assist with remote diagnostics and identify parts required for field repairs
  • Plan technician workloads, prioritising urgent repairs and preventative maintenance

Who you are: 

You’ve got a solid technical background — maybe you’re already working as a service coordinator, or currently on the tools as an auto-electrician, industrial sparky, or in a similar trade, and ready for something new to sink your teeth into.

Either way, you’re practical, solutions-focused, and confident working with technicians, customers, and suppliers to keep things moving.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a technical, service or trade-based environment - electrical or machinery experience would be a plus but not essential
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage priorities, job scheduling and follow-ups
  • Experience with SAP is a bonus, but not essential
