About the role:
Are you looking for a varied administration role and are available in the next few weeks? We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Intermediate Administrator with a strong background in either accounting or law. This role is based in the office, Monday to Friday (No hybrid options). You will be handling a variety of administrative tasks, such as:
- Providing excellent customer service, through phone calls, emails and walk ins
- Scanning and uploading documents into various computer platforms / systems
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks to support executives
- Submitting IRD returns
- Daily mail collection and ad-hoc duties
- Maintain and organise records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Dealing with stakeholders and customers
- Supporting customers with onboarding
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
About you:
You will be someone that has the ability to multitask, pick up new systems quickly and always puts their hands up for a challenge. We are looking for someone who:
- Ideally has experience in an Accounting or Law firm
- Ideally have experience with Xero XPM and IRD
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Has fantastic attention to detail, and is switched on
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Has a great, can-do attitude
