The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a respected Accounting Practice that’s looking for an experienced Companies Office Administrator to join their close knit team. This role is ideal for someone currently working within an accounting practice environment who has hands-on experience managing Companies Office requirements and client entity administration. You’ll step into a position where you can truly take ownership, work autonomously, and become a key support to the wider team.
Working closely with the directors and accountants, you’ll be responsible for keeping company records compliant, up to date, and running smoothly across a broad client portfolio. This role is in the office, Monday to Friday (No hybrid).

What you’ll be doing
- Managing Companies Office administration across a portfolio of clients
- Processing company incorporations, shareholder/director changes and company updates
- Preparing and filing annual returns
- Maintaining accurate company registers and client entity records
- Using CAS360 and internal systems to manage compliance documentation
- Liaising with clients, accountants and external parties regarding company information
- Supporting the wider practice with administration where needed
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you’ll come from an accounting practice environment and feel confident managing Companies Office processes with minimal supervision. You’ll ideally bring:
- 3+ years experience within an accounting practice administration role
- Current, hands on Companies Office experience essential
- Strong knowledge of company/entity administration and compliance processes
- Experience using CAS360 highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, reliable approach with the confidence to take initiative
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
