  • Auckland based role + logistic industry experience required 
  • Work closely with GM and senior management (no jumping through hoops to get things moving)
  • Generous salary + vehicle + commission included 

About the role: 

In this newly created role, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding the existing customer base while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Using your strong communication and negotiation skills, you’ll help drive growth in both volume and margin. This is a customer-facing, relationship-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.

You will be coming from the logistics industry, have strong connections, understand the processes and the language. Working within this NZ owned business will give you autonomy to shape how you work, bring your ideas to the table, and drive real results that make a difference.

About You

You will have extensive experience within the logistic industry, love working in a dynamic environment and hunting out new business. 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a frontline sales role, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Deep understanding of the international logistics landscape
  • Proficient in customer relationship and account management
  • Proven success in growing sales revenue and improving margins
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong listening abilitiesFamiliarity with commercial supply contracts and negotiation best practices
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required
