The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who absolutely loves working in a key support and onboarding role for a busy, bustling sales team. This role would see you onboarding up to a couple hundred clients a month, making sure all the detail is down to the tee. This is a role for somebody who lives and breathes high level support and has a real knack for detail and accuracy. You may come from a senior sales support role, or from a entry level sales role; either way, you'll understand how critical the first point of contact with prospective customers is, and will be driven to deliver an excellent experience from beginning to end.
You’ll be joining a cohesive, lively business with excellent management that offers consistency, professional growth and support.
You’ll be spending your days covering a range of tasks such as:
- Acting as first point of call for SME clients and running through initial qualifying conversations before passing over to the Business Development team
- Taking inbound queries and running the initial part of the consultation/discussion process
- Database management
- Quoting, providing pricing to sales team/customers
- Onboarding customers and managing queries for a 12 month period before passing over
- Carrying out administrative support tasks
- Workflow management
