This part time role, starting 8:30am/9am - 2:30pm will see you working across the business supporting in all aspects from event management, reception, administration.

This role is all about being the glue that keeps the office ticking. You will be:

  • Provide ongoing admin support to directors & senior managementSupport with both internal and external events, fundraising & activations
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment & facilities
  • Answering company phone & front desk duties – greet visitors, manage sign-ins & H&S compliance
  • Handle vehicle fleet management – logs, fuel cards, WOF, RUC, registrations & insurance
  • Manage daily invoicing and reconcile supplier charges
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, travel & accommodation
  • Driving wellness and culture – from organising events to sparking fun team initiatives
