This vibrant office space, based in a stunning heritage building in Parnell, is home to a mix of professionals, creatives, and business leaders. With a high standard of service and design, it’s a space that blends warmth, style, and hustle – no two days are the same.

About role:

This is a key front-of-house position supporting both the day-to-day operations and the smooth running of the space. As the Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests and clients - setting the tone for a warm, welcoming and professional experience.

You'll manage everything from room bookings and office admin to keeping the space guest-ready and providing support with events. It is a perfect fit for someone who loves structure and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

This is an immediate start temp role for up to 6 weeks, with potential to extend as the business heads into a busy time of year! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the welcoming face for guests, members, and visitors
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, car park allocations and event logistics
  • Keep the shared space immaculate – manage kitchen, restock supplies, tidy meeting areas
  • Monitor shared inboxes and handle general admin queries
  • Provide diary and logistical support to the Head of Operations
  • Help with event setup and coordination (occasional evening availability would be helpful)
  • Be a proactive extra pair of hands – jump in wherever needed

You may come from office management, events, hospitality environments and you thrive in roles where you can juggle multiple priorities and take initiative.

  • A polished professional with a background in coordination, admin or events

  • Known for your initiative, organisation, and can-do attitude
  • Experienced in fast-paced, front-facing roles with a high level of responsibility
  • Available immediately and ready to jump into something exciting
