About the Role

Take the helm of day to day operations in a buzzing production environment with your strong leadership skills. You’ll lead the production team to craft and deliver premium products, working shoulder to shoulder with the Operations Manager to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. You’ve got hands-on food production experience and a knack for maintaining excellent quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor and grow a motivated production team
• Hit daily demand, crush KPIs and smash planned targets
• Sign off product spec sheets and nail correct sizing on the line
• Uphold rock-solid food safety, quality and compliance standards
• Manage schedules, allocate labour smartly and optimise resources
• Build a strong, positive, safety-first culture that everyone’s proud of

About You

• You’ve got a winning track record as a Production Manager in FMCG/food manufacturing with gold standard food safety at the forefront
• Your leadership style inspires, engages and empowers people to do their best work
• You think big but love getting your hands dirty and leading from the front
• You’ve boosted productivity, efficiency and quality - and can prove it
• Your communication, organisation and problem solving skills are on point
• You thrive in fast-paced settings and get a buzz from seeing real results
