The Company:

You will have the entire Christchurch territory to work, your own warm lead generation from the internal team handed to you, and will be the founding agent in this space.  The first of what will eventually be a thriving team, this is a role for someone highly confident and keen to take a new brand to the market.  A role best suited to a confident and bold agent, who knows they will bring in excellent sales - and you will be rewarded for them, with an above market commission percentage, autonomy over your work, and the satisfaction of being a part of something new. 

This role requires:

• A confident sales professional with an excellent track record in real estate
• A team player, someone who enjoys the wider network behind you 
• A local, who is well connected and networked in real estate with a minimum of 3 years in real estate sales
• A drive for success and an innate enjoyment of what you do
• A contributor - someone who wants to drive and instigate change
